Introduction to Orienteering Class

John Beck will introduce novices to the sport of orienteering and the basics of using a compass. Registration info will be posted here when available.

 

Orienteering Skills Class

Pre-register.

Learn a few of the skills orienteers use to navigate courses efficiently. You'll learn some things in the classroom and have an opportunity to practice them outdoors. Registration info will be posted here when available.

EWOC's first club event on the new and long-awaited Camp Sekani map.

Vampire-O

Register at 6 pm
Mass start 6:30

This will be Year Three of EWOC's Halloween-themed Vampire Orienteering event. Participants will try to find as many of the 30 control points as possible, while avoiding "bites" from lurking vampires. This is a family-friendly event. Costumes are encouraged.

Help guide the club as it sketches out the calendar of events for 2011 at the annual business meeting. This is the best opportunity you have to influence the club's leadership.

At the conclusion of business we will conduct a mass start motala on the Gonzaga University campus.
